so i have this new obsession. it's the avengers. i've seen it four times. and i would totally go see it again. me, amanda, anine, and my poor sleepy dad went to the midnight premiere and it was a blast. amanda is permanently attached to her thor action figure and we had lots of fun waiting in the theatre with him for two hours. it also helps that thor (chris hemsworth) is ridiculously attractive.
i was so sad he isn't life-sized.

here is my blueberry muffin in a mug :) super easy! just rolled oats, an egg, fresh blueberries, vanilla, and brown sugar! nom!
"strawberry shortcake pancakes"! these taste nothing like shortcake, but they are so good. i made them with wheat flour, rolled oats, and low-fat whipped cream for topping! these are my favorite. they actually taste good!
sometimes i get kind of lonely. luckily all of my beloved SBOs are still here!! gosh i am in love with these people. a few mondays ago we all got together and had a lovely time. first a bbq care of barry (thanks dad!) then snow cones, then s'mores!

last weekend me and my dad took a quick trip down to vegas to visit my Noorda side of the family! i am so blessed to have so many relatives who are so fun to visit! we stayed at my nana and grandpas house and had tons of fun with the cousins :) my favorite was driving around in grandpas new little red mercedes that he had restored! one night we took the top off and cruised the strip. it was too fun! thanks dad! and thanks nana and grandpa for entertaining us <3
the day after i got home from vegas, me and my mom jetted down to orange county for my birthday/mothers day trip! ahhh it was so fun! we stayed at our old beach house we haven't been to in years just off PCH in Laguna and it was the best. i will miss falling asleep to the sound of the ocean! you guys that live in California are so lucky!
of course i can't go to southern california without visiting disneyland! me and my mom had the best day! we went on a thursday, so the park was pretty empty! the weather was gorgeous, and we loved just hanging out. we had so much fun on classics like the tiki room, storybook land, we even went on pinocchio! i haven't been on some of those rides in forever! i had so much fun with instagram. i can't wait to take pictures in disney world!!! ahhh!

the next night we treated ourself to sprinkles in newport after a long day of shopping at fashion island. i've had cupcakes from a lot of places like magnolia bakery in new york and that one place in DC, but sprinkles is my favorite. we tried red velvet, black and white, salty caramel, and milk chocolate! so yummy!

well, that's the basics of what i've been doing lately! as of now i am home for two weeks, then off to kauai for a week! after that, i am home for another two weeks, then on the 22nd of june i am off to LONDON for study abroad! i am too excited! i will be there for about 7 weeks, hopefully with lots of blog updates! but then i am home for a short three days then off to ORLANDO for my disney college program internship at disney world!!!!!!! bahhhh i'm gonna die. i'm so lucky. but anyways. i will try to keep this updated. my apologies in advance if i don't. i love you for looking at this! thank you! much love <3
